A direct buyer, not a listing marketplace
Our purchasing program focuses on manufactured homes built in 1993 or later in mobile-home communities and eligible homes that need to be moved. We do not currently purchase private-land homes or combined home-and-land packages.
An agent can discuss your home and may provide a preliminary figure by phone. Any final offer depends on an in-person review, ownership and amounts owed to lenders or the park. You are not obligated to accept an offer.
Who would buy your home?
Before signing any agreement, confirm the purchasing company named in the paperwork, how the offer was calculated and who handles the title transfer. The buyer and all purchase terms should be clearly identified in your written agreement.
